篇1：怎么辅导孩子学好初一英语？
一、培养孩子学习英语的兴趣
“兴趣是最好的老师”,兴趣是学习英语的巨大动力，有了兴趣，学习就会事半功倍。我们都有这样的经验：喜欢的事，就容易坚持下去;不喜欢的事，是很难坚持下去的。而兴趣不是与生俱来的，需要培养。所以家长要有意识的培养孩子对学习英语的兴趣。可以试着通过孩子感兴趣的东西去靠拢他们无兴趣的英语学习呢，开始时让孩子多参加一些英语方面的活动，比如 ，唱英文歌、做英语游戏、读英语幽默短文、练习口头对话等。时间长了，懂得多了，就有了兴趣，当然，孩子学习起来就有了强烈的动力。
二、培养孩子正确的学习态度
1.要让孩子勤学苦练。外语是一种交际工具。学习外语是学到熟练地使用这个工具的本领。掌握工具的主要途径是练。学外语的过程其实是一种练功夫的过程。语言知识应该了解，但不下苦功在听、说、读、写上练习，仅靠死记硬背一些孤立的单词、一些语法条条，是很难掌握英语这一交际工具的。就像学游泳、学钢琴一样，对其理论掌握再好，不通过反复训练是永远也学不会的。著名英语大师许国璋先生曾经说过：“学外语，要眼尖、耳明、嘴勤、手快。只要多读、多记、多讲、多写，自有水到渠成之日。”
2.教育孩子把学英语当作一个体力活，要尽可能多地去接触英语材料，不管是听的、读的、写的和说的，接触的多了，实践的多了，英语水平自然也会不断提高。
3.让孩子明确学英语要有积极的态度。如果他们认为英语是个负担，它就是个负担!如果他们认为英语有趣又刺激，他们就会更经常地练习，进步得更快!
4.培养孩子持之以恒的精神。学习英语既然是练功夫的过程，就并不是那么轻松。要不怕困难，坚持学习。学习如逆水行舟，不进则退，最忌“三天打鱼，两天晒网”，要日积月累，付出长期的努力。
三、引导孩子形成正确的学习策略
1.培养语感
也许所有家长都有这样的感觉，那就是我们能用汉语与周围人进行很熟练的很流利的交流，什么时候说什么话，什么场合说什么话，我们一般能不假思索的脱口而出。为什么会这么熟练呢?那就是语感，因为我们生活在汉语的语言环境下，耳闻目睹的都是汉语语言，久而久之对汉语有了感觉。不管学习哪门语言，要学好的关键就在于培养语感。那我们中国孩子在很少有英语语言环境的情况下如何培养语感呢?
(1)多重复
学习英语主要靠记忆，而记忆本身就是一个重复的过程，要想让大脑记住一个东西，就必须反复地给大脑以刺激，看过一遍就能让我们记住的东西实在是太少太少了，这是我们人类大脑工作的基本原理和特点。英语是一门记忆量很大的学科，有效的记忆就成了关键。著名科学家茅以升先生，是个记忆力超群的人。人们问到他的记忆秘诀，他的回答是：重复!重复!再重复!重复被人们称为学习之母。举个例子来说，像 How do you do?(你好)这个句子，可能学过英语的人都能够张口就说出来，为什么?因为我们对这个句子太熟悉了，为什么太熟悉了?因为我们平时见的和用的太多了，换句话说，也就是这个句子我们重复的次数太多了。于是在这里，我们可以得出一个简单但又十分重要的结论：因为重复所以熟悉，因为熟悉所以能够张口就来。要将正在学习的东西学踏实，“重复”是最有效的方法。在学习一篇英语课文时，一定要让孩子重复地听，重复地读，重复地练，10遍、20遍乃至30遍地进行重复，经过这种大量的重复，所学的课文自然就会进入到他们的脑子里，所学的句子自然就会成为他自己的句子，完全能够做到信手拈来。这就是语感。所以我认为重复是很重要的事。它会让人产生语感，到孩子达到一定境界的时候不仅能读懂文章的意思(也许有的词不懂，但他们能融入到那种语境，自然明白)，和别人说话时就那样顺着意思说下去了。
(2)多背诵
背诵是英语学习中非常重要的一个环节。一个连课文都背不熟的学生，英语水平肯定不高。初一学生要坚持每天背点英语文章，可以是句子，也可以是对话、短文，每天学到的课文要背诵，经常复习，增强熟练程度，以达到脱口而出的地步。背诵也是培养英语语感的最有效的办法之一，它不仅符合语言学习、初中生的身心发展规律，同时也符合素质教育的要求。背诵不局限于教科书，也可以是讲演稿，新闻评论，散文……总之，就是能把一个个冰冷的单词变成生机勃勃的故事的文章。在大量的整段的背诵中，多次的重复不断激活记忆的单词，其用法自然而然就深入骨髓了。实际上，这种“深入骨髓”就形成了学语言最重要的“语感”!通过长期坚持背诵，也会帮助孩子积累不少的英语单词、词组、句型、短语及习惯用法。运用英语就会灵活自如了。另外他们的语感也会有明显的提高。在开始朗读或背诵课文时磕磕绊绊、停顿的现象就会减少。在做单项选择题或阅读时，即使遇到含有一些没见过的词或词组的考题，根据语感也能作出正确的答案。
2. 广泛阅读
英语学习是日积月累的过程，贵在持之以恒，坚持阅读难易适度或略难些的课外英语读物可以有助于增大词汇量，并且使他们学会用英文思维。孩子在学校读的英语课本实质上仅仅是精读，因此我们要给孩子补充的应是泛渎，读什么呢?
(1)选一本孩子感兴趣，且翻最初几页他不查词典也能看懂的英语书，开始可选一些简易或缩写的读物，然后可选一些原著。
(2)订一份英语报纸。报纸的词汇量很大，涉及各个方面，对扩大词汇量，获取信息很有帮助。
(3)选一本与教科书程度相近或略难的带有英语练习的英语阅读理解书，这类书的特点是书中的文章都是短小有趣，可读性很强。因为文章后设置了理解性的练习，孩子读了文章后可做这些练习，以检查是否看懂了，看懂多少。
(4)让孩子留神我们周围一切有英文字的商标、产品广告、通知、招聘启事等等，实际上英语已渗透到我们生活的每个角落，要是孩子有心的话，他可随时学习。
泛读是一个快速的阅读，充满着很多的乐趣。在阅读的时候，不知不觉增加了孩子的词汇量。经过一段时间的泛读后，当孩子进行一个英语交流的时候，他会发现，那些词会源源不断地出自他的口中，当他准备写一些东西的时候，很多的词汇也会跳跃于他的笔下了。这是每个人学习写作的最好方法。
四、学好英语，一套科学的学习方法是必不可少的
1.语音学习。这是学好英语的基础。理由很简单，如果单词读不准，句子不能上口，那就无法学好任何语言，首先要教育孩子用心听老师的发音或正确的录音，听准了，就要大胆开口，反复模仿，耐心纠正，直到发准了为止。不要怕错，开始模仿时就不可能很准确，只要肯用心而又耐心，没有学不会的。
2.词汇学习。英语学习，词汇为本。没有词汇，什么也不能表达。随着词汇量的增加，阅读理解水平才有可能随之提高。大部分英语单词的拼写和读音还是有规律可循的。弄清这个单词中的字母或字母组合的发音,根据读音写出相应的字母及字母组合.这样既可以使他们准确发音,又能较容易地记住单词拼写。初一年级同学应一开学就要学会拼读规则，对于一些不认识的单词，不必急于知道意思，先按照拼读规则读出来，做到“见词读音、听音写词”;在能读会写的基础上，对单词进行中英文对照，这个过程孩子们可能会感觉枯燥，不妨结合小对话或句子来学习;同时，应结合课文中的句子、短文背单词。
3.要掌握正确的学习语法的方法。要学好英语，语法是不能不学的。但是光听懂老师讲的语法规则，或是能背诵语法规则，是学不好英语的。学习语法应遵循以下两个基本原则：
(1)要记忆，但不要僵化
语言的运用总是遵循一定的规则，对于初学者而言，规则是要去遵守的，比如不同时态的构成形式，各类句式的构成要素等等。现在有一种倾向认为学习语法没用，一味地强调多掌握词汇。我认为这对学习英语的人，特别是中学生而言是一种误导。孩子掌握再多的词汇，不知道句子的构成规律，也是不行的，仍然只是一堆散乱的单词而已，没有什么意义。就象有成千上万块砖，可是没有图纸的指导你也不可能建成高楼。这也是为什么很多人面对长难句束手无策，想要表达自己的观点却搜肠刮肚写不出来的原因之一。
(2)勤练习，能举一反三
语言的掌握和运用，熟能生巧是关键。正如“拳不离手，曲不离口”一样的道理。语法的规则和理论需要在实践中巩固、消化，乃至举一反三。只学而不“用”或者是完全以“学”的态度来学外语。就永远也学不好。我们学语言的目的就是为了应用，所以要让孩子学会在用中学习，这样才能提高兴趣，达到好的学习效果。
现代社会飞速发展， 现在的孩子们将面临更多的机遇与挑战，培养孩子学好英语， 是许多家长们共同的愿望。但是，在与家长的沟通和交流中，我发现不少人会埋怨自己的孩子就是跟不上，可是，家长朋友们，你们在孩子的英语学习过程中，起着相当重要的作用， 只有掌握孩子的特点，运用正确的教育方法，才能让孩子在学习英语的过程中走好、走远。
